POLICIES OF SHREE JI SETH JEWELLER’S

● Standard Policies
▪ Shree Ji Seth Jeweller’s does not do Credit Sales.
▪ In Case of Payment are done by Cheque of Demand Draft, delivery will be made on the realization of said Instrument.
▪ For any transaction above Rs.2.0 Lacs customer is required to furnish a copy of his/her Pan Card.
▪ For Every Credit/Debit Card transactions customers are required to furnish a copy of his/her ID proof.
▪ Any future transactions would be entertained with the name of person whose name has been mentioned on invoice.

● Buy Back Policies
▪ The gold jewellery will be evaluated on the basis of prevailing Gold rate on the date of buy back.
▪ The Weight of Gold will be net of all non precious stones, dust, dirt, sealing wax or any other irrelevant material etc.
▪ Diamond, semi precious & precious stones will be evaluated on the basis of current rates after necessary deductions.
▪ Any sort to taxes, making charges and non precious stones will be completely deducted.
▪ All sort of refunds excess to Rs.10,000/- will be made by account payee cheques only.
▪ Any sort of melting and refining charges will be charged at the discretion of Shree Ji Seth Jeweller’s.

● Exchange Policies
▪ Customer can exchange the Jewellery on Invoice value within 7 working days from the Invoice date provided the Jewellery is brought back in same condition, packaging & certificate, if any.
▪ In case of tempered, altered, broken or required Jewellery exchange would be done on the basis of final valuation done by Shree Ji Seth Jeweller’s.
▪ Customer will have to purchase against the full value of returned products. Fresh purchases done against an exchange would be billed as per the Gold/Stone & Diamond rate prevailing on the date of fresh purchase.

● Terms & Conditions of Above
▪ The customer will need to return the Jewellery in it’s original packing with Invoice & certificates.Credit Card swiping charges, Taxes will be deducted. Shree Ji Seth Jeweller’s will check the Jewellery for gold purity, Weight & diamond Quality as per invoice before exchange or buy back. Shree Ji Seth Jeweller’s reserves the right to modify or withdraw above policies without prior notice. Policies prevailing on the date of invoice will be applicable. For any disputes Jurisdiction area will be Udaipur only.
